The modern Lighthouse business centre, located between Paveletskaya and Dobryninskaya metro stations, is not called that for nothing. Thanks to the panoramic glazing, the centre is very light indeed. Symbolising the concept of the business centre, we placed a lighthouse on an island in the centre of the territory accentuated by paving. It draws attention from the garden ring and creates a unified space with the building. The trimmed lime trees symbolise the wharf bollards.  An important detail in shaping the concept was the compliance of the future site with BREEAM environmental performance standards.
